Storage in the Zoom Cloud is not unlimited, on a periodic basis, Zoom Cloud recordings are removed so that there is available storage for additional recordings. This article describes how you can download your Zoom Cloud recordings yourself from Zoom, and archive them or make them available for streaming on Panopto.
